Everything after the tap.
Recordify's whole job is to never make you wait — not to start, not to stop, not to find what you said. Here's what that looks like, feature by feature.
Already recording when you open it.
There is no record button. Opening Recordify starts the recording — by the time the screen is in front of you, it's already listening. The fastest thought you've ever had is slower than that.
Stopping is whatever your thumb does naturally. Tap the screen. Press Back, Home, or Power. Every one of those gestures stops the recording and saves it.
You can't get it wrong. There is no gesture that loses a recording.
Any of these stops and saves:
Your words, written down for you.
Recordings become searchable, copyable text, ready to paste into a message or a doc. Transcription has a monthly allowance that varies by plan — the app shows your current allowance.
That changes how you find things. Instead of scrubbing through audio or guessing which Tuesday it was, you search for what you said and jump straight to it.
Transcription is in English at launch. More languages after launch
Pick up the prescription on the way home, and call the pharmacy first to check it's actually ready this time.
Notes that nudge you back.
Some notes aren't really notes — they're things you have to do. Capture the thought, then turn it into a reminder in one tap: pick the time, and Recordify takes it from there.
Real means a notification from your device — the kind that lights up your lock screen at the right moment, not a flag buried inside an app you'd have to remember to open.

A library that keeps up.
Capture is only half the job. Recordings land in a library built for volume: folders for projects, favorites for the keepers, and search across every transcript.
Listen back at anything from 1× to 3×, and let autoplay carry you through a whole folder hands-free. Deleted something by mistake? It sits in the trash, and undo brings it straight back.

Your library on every screen.
Recordify launches on Android first, with cloud sync as part of the Pro plan from day one — your recordings back up securely and follow your account. Desktop apps and a web dashboard come after launch and plug into that same library: capture on the go, then read, organize, and copy on the big screen.
Free gives you instant capture and keeps your latest 15 recordings; Pro removes the cap. See how the plans compare.
Your data, your rules.
Recordify is local-first. Recordings save to your device the moment you stop, so capture works with no signal and nothing depends on a server to keep your words safe.
And your library stays yours. Export everything — audio and transcripts — whenever you like. If you ever want to leave, account deletion is being built into the app itself, not hidden behind a request form.
Coming after launch.
None of this is live yet — it's where Recordify goes next.
Your next idea is one tap away.
